Microsoft Loves Being Infamous

Once again, and again, Microsoft fails miserably at providing any kind of actual support for their very own software issues. Issues, that they themselves have created. This time my Perfectly legal, and well-kept, up-to-date Outlook 2002 will not open because it claims to need Outlook Express 4.1 or higher. I have version 6.0 on my computer. Its installed, it works. It never left. So, what the hell started this problem with Outlook?

I have done complete uninstalls of Outlook 2002 and the entire Office 2002 suite itself. I have then performed a search and removed all files for Outlook. I then restarted the computer and performed a scan with Registry Mechanic.

I have been thorough, I have tried repair from the disc. I have done all these things multiple times.

I began searching the web. Microsoft in particular. To know avail. Although I did find one thread with exactly the same problem, the registry hack mentioned by MVP billr wasn't complete in its instructions. No responses back from anyone for days. I even tried to contact billr himself. No luck.

This is classic Microsoft BULLSHIT!!!!!!

I was loyal until recently, now I'm going strongly support the Opensource communities and all their standards compliant software.

I will undermine the market share of microsoft, so help me God!!!!

It is my Mission statement.

Blogging Is Digital Crack

Frankly, at this moment, I just don’t give a rat’s ass if anyone ever likes my site. I have spent a few months learning scripting languages, and incorporating features into my site. I have worked obsessively toward trying to develop the original vision I had. All I ever wanted was a fun to work on cool site for personal expression. A hobby in my life was my intent. An outlet for all the thoughts and visuals inside my head would have been lovely.

But now I find myself unable to stop the momentum of geekness that has taken over my life. All my spare time gets consumed studying and establishing all the ancillary crap like; Technorati, Feedster, and Digg.

Content is king. And it only comes from being completely free of any other burdens. I have my own content to share with the world. Take it, or leave it. Instead, I have been ingesting geek related material. I should be writing. I should enjoy finally getting to put my two-cents to the world.

You don't have to be a geek to think this is pretty damn cool. How do they do it? I will be expanding my png knowledge in this direction I'm sure. Check it out:Cool shit with PNG

Never thought I would be envious of a cow, but hell, I guess I haven't seen everything. Go read this: The Scotsman Newspaper

Christopher Walken for President !

One of my all time favorite actors, Christopher walken, is actually going to run for President of the United States. Holy Shit. He's serious about this. He's really going to put his neck out there on the chopping block. The 2008 election is still far away, but I still do not believe he will ever pickup enough momentum to even come close. But, this doesn't remove the possibility.

What possesses someone to do this? Was it the fact that; shockingly, Arnold "Terminator" Schworzenager pulled it off? Walken will probally get my vote. It doesn't really matter, since the vast majority of the population, will vote in what they percieve as, the most powerful politician.

The Official Website is very minimum at the moment. It doesn't elaborate on actual politics. There is a really cool campaign poster that you can download. It will be a pop culture classic, I'm sure.
