Pay out-the -ass and my kids braces still break in a week! What happened to American Craftmenship? They had a strong focus on making sure they get their money from the parents; but need to focus on their products/ services integrity. I have been told that the anchors are known to pop-off occasionally, but they need to slow down in applying these things. It only took an hour from start-to-finish to prep Cameron's mouth and apply full-set braces. So, it doesn't surprise me it they pop-off; it just pisses me off.

Microsoft Sucks At Support For Outlook

It has been a month with no response to this in the MS forums for Outlook. Outlook to this day is locked up on my computer, and telling me it needs Outlook Express to do what it did fine for a year. A whole year without OE and Outlook worked fine. Now, it suddenly can't live without O. Express. Weird Shit!! And where the hell is Microsoft and it's MVP's? NOWHERE TO BE FOUND ON THE SUBJECT!!!!!!
